Wasn't expecting much being a pub, but how wrong were we, had the most comfortable stay. Room was lovely and big, clean and surprisingly quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wanted an extra towel, no problem and one was delivered to our room straight away. Lovely breakfast. Didn't have an evening meal but what we saw come out looked fab. Would definitely stay here again. Happy customers

Great stay and overall experience. The overnight stay was perfect, and conveniently located to Longcross, for an early start to drop my daughter the following morning. Lovely room and great breakfast. I needed to hang around the next day, due to my daughter being at Longcross Studios until 4pm. I was able to make use of the 'work from pub' option which was £15 for bottomless tea and coffee and a sandwich from the menu (which was amazing). A great deal, but also a really great pub to spend a good few hours in and was able to get a fair bit of work done in a really relaxed and comfortable environment. Just a shame I couldn't have had a few beers and really enjoy the place!! All the staff were very friendly and super helpful too. I was so impressed we are looking at a family break after Christmas, to explore the local area for a couple of days and of course, have a few drinks this time!! Thanks again for a great experience.

I can't fault the Crown, the rooms are lovely, we had our dog stay, which is an extra charge, but they give you a doggy hamper and bed for them in the room. The food was excellent, we had a Sunday dinner and breakfast the next morning. We have been to various events in the function rooms. All the staff we dealt with were helpful. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the place.

It's got great character and the rooms are very warm, welcoming and cosy. (Trendy Even). Food was great and there is also and outside area with a wood burner. It was one of those places you felt lucky to have dropped on. Reminded me that hotels stars dont always give a true picture of where your staying

Well we came into this lovely pub. Had a roast but kids were too loud and it didn’t make us want to stay for pudding and extra drinks. The staff and the parents didn’t do anything about it! Im not exaggerating but I don’t want too complain we didn’t even finish our pints! We had to leave!

Love Jacob! He was ever so helpful and attentitive, considering he was covering the entire service himself that night. We popped by on what happened tp be a quiz night, so seating and table service was limited. Initially, we were sat by the bar, but Jacob came back moments later offering a table and table service (later found out we have to pay for this, even though the menu clearly states for tables of 4 or more. We were only two). We tried the pepperoni pizza and chicken pie. Portions were generous and food was pretty decent for a pub. Looking forward to try their famous roast.

We were ending our 3 week trip to Europe and flew from Rome to England to catch a direct flight the next day to Denver. We did a lot of research prior to booking our hotel for the night & chose the Crown due to the location and charm. We had dinner at the pub that night and enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere. The employees in the pub were very attentive and also provided some ideas on things to do in Chertsey if we had the time. (Unfortunately, we did not have any extra time to explore!). Staying here felt t like adding one more experience to our trip versus choosing some basic hotel elsewhere.

we had a one night stay for a family gathering. Our room (48) was spacious, warm and clean. we had booked dinner, bed and breakfast. Our waitress, Serena, was friendly and attentive. we had a lovely 3 course meal and several drinks, within the £30 allowance per person. We both slept very well, the bed was a little hard for my liking but it didn't stop me having a good night. The shower was hot and powerful, and a nice choice of bathroom products supplied. We went down to breakfast and was greeted by Serena again. Excellent choice of pastries and continental items, coffee was good and orange juice. Serena took our cooked items - my husband had the full cooked breakfast and I had the eggs Florentine - they were the best I have ever tasted. Everything has hot and delicious - we cannot wait to stay again. Thank you Serena.
